Hatha yoga asanas (exercises) are a great way to keep your body supple, energized, fit and healthy. These exercises gently stretch, strengthen
and tone muscles, increase flexibility, balance hormones, and cleanse and flush all the internal systems of the body. When combined with special breathing techniques, yoga exercises help one to relax, reduce stress and calm and focus the mind.
